Yes. Remote hands support is available at our South African facilities. For hardware installations, power cycling, cable patching, or other physical tasks, our team can act on your behalf during business hours or by prior arrangement out of hours.

What power options are available?

We offer single and three-phase power options with A+B redundant feeds. Specific power budgets and UPS/generator details depend on the facility and the space type. Our team will walk through options based on your equipment requirements.
